- How Wagram & Vous progressed from 62.3 to 74.1/100 in 4 years — achieving 3 stars Positive Company®
- Why becoming a Mission-Driven Company was the structuring decision of this progression
- Concrete results on the 5 pillars: social, societal, environment, activity, governance
In 2022, Wagram & You earned its first Positive Company® star. By 2026, the event house has three, with an overall score of 74.1/100 — nearly 12 points of progress from the previous evaluation. Behind these numbers lies a founding conviction: you cannot create experiences that bring teams closer to their clients without applying the same care to your own organization.
A commitment born in 2017
As early as 2017, a few volunteer employees gathered within the first Green Team of the company to start structuring the approach. At that time, CSR was neither a commercial argument nor a regulatory obligation for companies. At Wagram & You, it was a conviction, held by those who wanted to make things change from within. This initial intuition now permeates the entire House, and it is what made the progress of the following years possible.
4 years, 3 stars: what the audit says
The Positive Company® Label evaluates CSR performance on 5 pillars : activity, governance, social, environmental and societal. The score is based on an external audit and on the opinions of stakeholders — employees and clients — interviewed directly.
"A very nice progression since the first labeling, a CSR well understood by the stakeholders and formalized internally through very high-quality and very operational documents."
— Auditor at Positive Company®
This recognition adds to a foundation of certifications that validate and challenge the approach each year: Great Place to Work for the 4th consecutive year, EcoVadis Silver, and 2 carbon assessments conducted with SAMI.
What made the difference: becoming a mission-driven company
This progression is not a matter of chance. It is based on structuring decisions, the most important of which is to become a mission-driven company.
Mission-driven company: a legal status created by the PACTE law in 2019, which incorporates social/environmental objectives into a company's bylaws and subjects their monitoring to a mission committee and an independent third-party organization. This status remains rare: just over 2,400 mission-driven companies in France today, compared to 200 in 2020.
The audit identifies this shift as one of the most impactful measures of the period. It all starts from the same idea, the one that underpins the company's purpose: to engage with employees so that they commit to providing clients with a relationship-enhancing experience.
This conviction translates into 2 statutory objectives :
- Focused on the teams : to offer a structured employee journey that develops skills, engagement, and well-being at work
- Focused on the clients : to design experiences that sustainably strengthen bonds and cohesion, integrating responsible practices at every stage of the projects
The social and the societal, the foundation of the Wagram event house
Two pillars raise the score: the societal (16.6/20) and the social (16.4/20) — a coherence expected for an event house whose raw material is human.
The KWA program (Kaizen Wagram Ascension)
To achieve the first statutory objective, Wagram & You created an internal skills development program, based on the philosophy of Kaizen (one small step at a time):
- 2025 : 1st collection on excellence and the sense of service, with luxury hospitality expert Laurent Delporte
- 2026 : 2nd collection on collective performance, with former rugby player and Canal+ consultant Sacha Valleau

"A company that is always looking to improve its impact, that truly cares about the balance between work and personal life, and the well-being of its teams."

The societal, a commitment that is visible even in events
The commitment to associations during work time jumps from 26% to 79% of membership in 4 years. The choices of service providers reflect the same intention: inclusive and anti-waste caterers (Biscornu, Refugee Food), partners in valorization and donations (Phénix, Linkee). Events thus become the primary field of application for the company's CSR.
The environment, the pillar that is rising the fastest
The environment remains the lowest pillar, with a score of 13.1/20 — Wagram & Vous does not hide it. It is also the one that has progressed the most : +2.6 points.
Key figures: Reflexes that are taking hold

2

The Bee Weeks, a driver of awareness
Since 2023, these thematic weeks (a nod to the Ruche de Levallois, the company's headquarters) bring teams together around concrete workshops: making homemade laundry detergent, sorting, well-being, discovering partner associations.
A concrete example: the reimagined VIP trip
In 2026, for its leading social protection client, Wagram & Vous rethought its annual VIP trip. Instead of a long-haul flight, the choice was made for the Sauternais: 2 days, 16 brokers, a 100% regional focus, and the train as the common thread — without giving up on refinement (great classified wines from Château Guiraud, starred dinner in the vineyards).
Result: 16.84 kg of CO₂ per participant — 100 times less than a long-haul VIP trip.
What stakeholders say
The tone of the feedback is unequivocal: 97 % of the words used by stakeholders are positive, none are negative. The most recurring words: human, caring, committed, reliable, effective.
The share of clients whose expectations regarding sustainable development are met has more than doubled: from 43% to 92%.
"A dynamic and always available team, the pleasure of working in a context that combines humanity and competence."

Conclusion
The trajectory of Wagram & You illustrates what a CSR approach rooted in long-term conviction can produce: starting from a simple Green Team in 2017, it became in 2026 a measured progression on the 5 pillars of the Positive Company® Label, driven by a structuring decision — to become a mission-driven company — and a simple principle: the symmetry of attention between teams and clients.

Since 2017, when a few volunteer employees created the company's first Green Team to structure the approach. At that time, CSR was neither a commercial argument nor a regulatory obligation. It was a conviction held from within. Since then, this initial intuition has gradually formalized: first Positive Company® star in 2022, 3 stars in 2026.
In 2026, Wagram & You achieved an overall score of 74.1/100, compared to 62.3 in the previous evaluation — a progression of nearly 12 points across the 5 pillars of the label (activity, governance, social, environmental, societal). This progress earned it a jump from 1 to 3 stars in 4 years.
The mission-driven company is a legal status created by the PACTE law in 2019. It allows a company to include social and environmental objectives in its statutes, and subjects their monitoring to a mission committee and an independent third-party organization. This status is still rare: just over 2,400 mission-driven companies in France in 2026, compared to 200 in 2020. For Wagram & You, this is the decision identified as the most impactful by the Positive Company® auditor.
Events are the primary area of application for the company's CSR. Specifically: selection of inclusive and anti-waste caterers (Biscornu, Refugee Food), partners for valorizing unsold goods (Phénix, Linkee), and designing low-carbon experiences. In 2026, a long-haul VIP trip was replaced by a stay in Sauternais by train — generating 16.84 kg of CO₂ per participant, which is 100 times less than a long-haul flight.
