Positive Company® collaborated with the Riccobono Group to organize a series of thematic CSR workshops. The goal: to make CSR more tangible for the teams, encouraging them to think about concrete actions to integrate into their professional daily lives; and to gather new ideas in a fun and collaborative way.

Workshops to move from CSR to action

Three experts from Positive Company® led a workshop of about two hours with a group of about fifty managers from the Riccobono Group. The chosen approach: fun, collaborative, and grounded in the operational realities of each profession in the Group

The 5 themes addressed

The workshops covered five themes corresponding to the main professions of the Group:

  1. Reduction of the environmental footprint of the industrial apparatus
  2. Integration of CSR in offices and responsible digital practices
  3. Quality of life at work and social dialogue
  4. Responsible purchasing and societal impact
  5. CSR communication and awareness

"Our CSR policy is imposed in all our strategic decisions. The purpose of the Group 'to enable transmission to the greatest number' reflects a strong commitment to social, societal, environmental, and democratic approaches."

Marc Tonkovic, Project Management Officer (PMO), Riccobono

How does a Positive Company® CSR workshop proceed?

The workshop was structured to maximize engagement and participation from the teams. Here is the typical agenda:

1. Starting with a CSR quiz

To kick off the group dynamic, a quiz on CSR and the circular economy was proposed. The questions were tailored to the specific activities of the Riccobono Group, allowing for relevant orders of magnitude and creating an initial collective awareness.

2. Separation into thematic sub-groups

The fifty participants were divided into sub-groups, each working on a previously defined theme according to the needs of the Group.

3. Collective Reflection

Each table collectively reflected to list short and long-term solutions corresponding to its theme, classified according to their ease of deployment and effectiveness. The sub-groups changed tables during the workshop to complete the proposals of other groups.

4. Presentation of Results

Each group presented the key solutions proposed — the most effective, the most ambitious, and/or the easiest to implement — on its theme.

5. Feedback

Positive Company® then sent a dashboard summarizing all the ideas proposed by the employees, to directly feed into the Group's CSR action plan.

Company Information

Founded in 1900, the Riccobono Group is a reference player in the graphic arts sector, structured around four business areas:

Since Guillaume Riccobono took the reins of the Group in 2017, revenue has doubled, notably thanks to the acquisitions of Procximy and France Routage. The Group celebrated its 125th anniversary on October 9, 2025, at the Atelier des Lumières in Paris, during which it unveiled a new strategic direction.
