There are 3 other general labels: Engagé RSE from AFNOR, Label Lucie, and the American B Corp. The uniqueness of Positive Company is to engage with stakeholders because we believe that a simple document evaluation is not sufficient to prove an organization's commitment. Finally, the process is quick, generally taking 2 to 3 months, and financially accessible even for the smallest organizations.

The Positive Company® label is based on the European and national regulatory framework. It is also grounded in international CSR and sustainable development standards: ISO 26000, SDGs, and GRI.
Once labeled, a certification is awarded, which is valid for a maximum duration of 18 months. It must be renewed between 12 and 18 months at the latest after the date of initial issuance, for an additional validity of 18 months.
