The 3 stars in 2025: what the audit highlighted

A year and a half after its first labeling, SALTI obtained in December 2025 the renewal of its label with the maximum level of 3 stars, joining the very select circle of companies that have reached the highest level of maturity of the Positive Company® framework. This distinction rewards the consistency between concrete actions and the perceptions of various stakeholders.

The audit highlighted three strengths: a virtuous business model based on the economy of functionality (rental) reinforced by the gradual electrification of the machinery fleet; a ripple effect through the establishment of a CSR evaluation of suppliers; and a human commitment embodied by all employees, supported by the actions of a nascent corporate foundation.

1. The need to invest: 30% of SALTI's revenue is reinvested in the purchase of new equipment to improve the fleet to offer more environmentally friendly solutions.
2. Stringent environmental standards: SALTI purchases equipment in accordance with the latest environmental standards, notably Euro 7 for vehicles and Stage V for machines. It is therefore a balance between new technology and respect for the environment..
3. Emission reduction systems: the equipment is equipped with systems such as the DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), and the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) to reduce pollutant emissions. SALTI also deploys equipment using AdBlue and automatic start (Stop and Start) to save fuel.

In order to advance its responsible purchasing strategy, Salti aims to implement an evaluation system by the end of the year that will allow them to engage and work closely with their suppliers.
