With solid governance, a committed employer brand, and the ambition to reduce the carbon impact of its marketing campaigns, Marvesting outlines the contours of sustainable and inclusive growth.
A report that involves stakeholders
For this first edition of its CSR Report, Marvesting presents the assessment of its CSR strategy by the end of 2023, illustrating the commitment and long-term performance for its stakeholders.
To build this report, the Group relied on its internal experts (general management of entities, human resources, finance, marketing, purchasing, and general services, etc.), on its CSR referents, as well as on its key partners such as its logistics provider Logsytech, its lender Zencap AM, or its service provider for compliance with the GDPR, DPO Consulting.
Marvesting thus took advantage of this project to involve more each of the Group's entities, as well as its main partners, in its CSR strategy.

"At Marvesting, CSR has been at the heart of our DNA for over 7 years. We have demonstrated exemplary behavior in implementing our CSR strategy, particularly through the realization of our Carbon Footprint®, which allowed us to establish concrete actions to reduce our environmental impact. We have also managed to set up a strong CSR governance, with CSR ambassadors in all the countries where we are present, as well as a dedicated CSR committee. From now on, our main challenge is to work on the social and environmental impact of our core business. To fully involve our clients in this approach, we rely on our partnership relationships to create synergies and improve our practices together. Operationally, we raise awareness among our clients about CSR, but also consumers by highlighting the commitment and responsibility of brands, and we work to reduce the carbon impact of campaigns through our marketing activities. These actions allow us to fully achieve our goal: to accelerate the sustainable and inclusive growth."

Marvesting is committed to creating a work environment that respects each individual, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. This commitment is formalized by signing the Diversity Charter and is reflected in a professional equality index of 92/100 and awareness actions on health and safety at work.
The report was co-constructed with the internal experts of the Group (general management of the entities, HR, finance, marketing, purchasing, and general services), the CSR referents of each entity, as well as key partners: Logsytech (logistics), Zencap AM (lender), and DPO Consulting (GDPR compliance). This collective work has allowed the involvement of each entity of the Group in the overall CSR strategy.
Marvesting has established a two-level governance: CSR ambassadors in all countries where the Group is present, who relay and animate the approach locally, and a dedicated CSR committee that oversees and monitors the implementation of the overall strategy. This decentralized structure ensures coherence between the Group's vision and the operational realities of each territory.
The Group identifies as its main challenge working on the social and environmental impact of its core business — Field Marketing. Specifically, this translates into raising awareness among clients and consumers about the CSR of brands, and reducing the carbon impact of marketing campaigns through its operational activities.
